With more than a decade of building our reputation & brand , we are proud to say our succession plan is well on track and thriving. With the recent leadership role at our head office being taken over by Director Jason Botha & supported by directors Mphile Nkosi, Robert Kgatle & Michelle Rozyn we continue to hold our vision, mission & values at the core of our daily operations.

Our Team
The company is staffed by 15 technicians and engineers and 5 sales/administration employees, operating from our head office in Randparkridge, Johannesburg.
By handling all work in-house, we are able to attain higher levels of quality management, a philosophy that has seen the business grow and achieve a high degree of customer retention and repeat business. Each member of the team is well versed in their specific areas of responsibility and, as needs in the market change, employees are subjected to intensive training to ensure that they are up to date on current trends.

Directors
Vince Botha
Founder, Vince Botha began his career studying Civil Engineering, specialising in soils, drainage & concrete. An entrepreneur at heart, he has combined a wealth of knowledge & experience, to create & build a successfull family business, specialising in large scale integrated electronic control and security systems.
For more than 25 years Vince has been responsible from design to implementation & handover of several large scale projects around Southern Africa.

Robert Kgatle
Director
Robert Kgatle is responsible for the consistent quality installations that Ringmaster Security are proud of. Rob has 20 years' experience doing large Projects including most projects on the Ringmaster Profile.

Jason Botha
Managing Director
Jason Botha began his career as a draughtsman/technician at Sitronix in 2007. Jason has been responsible for the installation and Commissioning of large access control, CCTV & Smoke Detection projects around South Africa and abroad. He soon found his passion for IT and convergence, including software, programming & system commissioning. In 2021 Jason took the reins as Managing Director of the Company
Michelle Rozyn
Director
Michelle joined us in 2012 as our Administration and bookkeeping Manager.
Over the years Michelle has developed her knowledge of accounting and income tax, becoming a qualified tax practitioner. Michelle has been responsible for the Human Resources, Payroll, CIPC, BEE, and IT14/ IT12 Tax returns for numerous clients through the accounting firm she worked at for years. Michelle is reponsible for financial management, HR, payroll, CIPC and generally anything else that falls under the administration standard.
